Review - The Ice Creamery

Hey guys! I spent this weekend in Aldeburgh, and I thought I'd share the cutest ice cream shop I've ever been too. It's called The Ice Creamery and has recently opened on the Street in Aldeburgh town centre.

First of all you have to decide what flavour ice cream you want. There was vanilla, white choc, honeycomb, strawberry, banana and loads more! (Have a look at the menu here)

The next step is the hardest part: deciding what you want IN your ice cream. You pick any sweets/chocolate you want and it gets crushed and mixed into your ice cream. The choices include jelly beans, jaffa cakes, oreos, marshmallows, maltesers, skittles, twix, milky way and haribo to name just a few. It took us a while to decide but in the end we choose white chocolate and oreo, white chocolate and milky bar, strawberry and crunchie and banana and jazzies.

You can have your ice cream in a cone, chocolate coated cone or a tub. The shop also sells milkshakes, hot drinks, frozen yoghurt, waffles, cake and cold drinks. But the amazing ice cream is a must have! Seriously, its good.  The picture below shows the many combinations you can have...

Overall it was probably one of the nicest ice creams I've had in a long while, and it wasn't too expensive either! Definitely worth stopping by if you're visiting Aldeburgh, and hopefully you'll have better weather than what we had!

What did you get up to at the weekend?
