What I'm Currently Listening To

What I'm Currently Listening To |
Since returning from Reading Festival, I've been on such a music hype. I've been listening to new favourites, revisiting old favourites and discovering some great new artists and bands. I swear I'm always listening to music haha! I love getting music recommendations so I thought I'd share some of my own with you all!

All We Know Of Heaven, All We Need of Hell
This is my favourite new album release for sure. I can't remember where I first heard PVRIS but I liked them from the get go, and I've listened to their first album too many times. I think you can really feel how Lynn Gunn is feeling through her music. I saw them at Reading (and got my phone case signed by them haha #fangirl) and can't wait to see them on their upcoming tour.

The Front Bottoms

I'm really enjoying this track, I actually think it sounds a bit more like their older stuff, which is such a good thing. I'm very excited for their new album.

Brand New

Science Fiction
After 8 years, Brand New have finally released another album and it's a good'un. Their music is so briliant, both in the lyrics and the production and Science Fiction is no exception.

Arcane Roots

Arcane Roots are a new discovery, a work colleague recommended them and I had them on my list to see at Reading after hearing them on a Reading playlist, but I missed their set oops. I really love their sound and I'm very tempted to get some tickets to see them on their tour.

Neck Deep

The Peace And The Panic
Neck Deep is a band I hate to love haha. But their music is just great and it reminds me of the teenage pop punk days. Their new album is possibly their best yet.

Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes

I've always loved Frank Carter, but seeing him live made me realise how GOOD he actually is a frontman and the band's music was such a joy. I think this was actually one of my favourite sets at Reading as there was so much energy. Go give them a listen if you haven't already.

What are you currently listening to? Do you have any recommendations?
